Clients reviews about Shah Automotive

Binod and team are truly the most generous, admirable individuals. We were traveling many states north when we hit an animal, causing our car to breakdown. After getting towed to Twin Falls, Binod offered immediate help. He ordered the necessary part immediately, and expedited it to arrive the next day. Once the part arrived, they worked diligently on our vehicle with the goal of getting us back on the road that evening. Just a day and several repairs later, we were able to continue our travels! We can’t thank them enough for the help offered and how above and beyond they went with service. They offer very fair pricing and we highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Binod and John! ~ Okko W

This shop is the shop you want to go for you car to be maintained properly without breaking the bank. I came in for my alternator to be replaced. He not only did the job fast but he also made sure my car was up to date maintenance wise. Very friendly and down to earth guy. I highly recommend going there. He also does amazing body works and headlight restoration at a very competitive price. I have decided to only go there for all my maintenance (oil change, etc). I encourage everyone to support this honest local business. ~ Manoa R

Thank you so much for fixing my car! I had taken it to several mechanics, including the Hyundai dealership, and they all said the engine needed to be replaced. But when I brought it here, he was able to identify the real issue and fix it without needing to replace the engine. Now the car runs smoothly and is working perfectly! I truly appreciate his expertise and honesty. I’ll definitely be recommending him to others. Thank you again Binod ~ Mohamed A

The customer service here is amazing. They help me narrow down The problem I had when other dealership, mechanic shops all try to upsell me me a oil pump and timing chain kit when all I needed was a radiator I would recommend here out of any other place and I would still come here even though I live in Burley 100% the best mechanic shop I’ve Ever been to ~ TREAGAN D

The service here is the best and the price is the most cost-effective. The boss here helped me to make all the arrangements for the car and enthusiastically invited me to drink water. I stayed here for a day because of some things, and the boss saw that I was hungry and invited me to eat the food here. It was great! ~ 溜溜狗

Binod is very pleasant and informative. He went the extra miles to figure out just what was wrong with it when the dealer was not willing to try. He even helped me argue with the insurance company. I will recommend him to others as well as come to him again myself. It is a family owned business. ~ Connie B
